These are the Official Rules for this Promotion under Article 28 of the Terms of Service.

1. 01SponsorATH Labs Ltd., a free-zone company registered in the Abu Dhabi Global Market ("ADGM"), Office 3602, Floor 36, Sky Tower, Shams Abu Dhabi, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
2. 02Promotion PeriodThe Closed Beta season runs from May 7, 2026 at 03:00 UTC (May 6, 11:00 PM ET) and closes on September 16, 2026 at 03:00 UTC (September 15, 11:00 PM ET). Points earned after the close do not count toward this season.
3. 03EligibilityOpen to registered Deadstock account holders with Closed Beta access who meet the eligibility requirements in Articles 3 and 4 of the Terms of Service. Each person may enter through one Account only. Employees and contractors of the Sponsor, and their immediate families, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
4. 04How to Enter — No Purchase NecessaryNo purchase or payment is necessary to enter or to win. Entry. You enter this Promotion by registering and activating a Deadstock account and then earning your first point of the season. There is no separate entry form. Earning points. Points can be earned in two ways: (a) Daily check-in. Claim the daily check-in bonus in the Service. This requires no purchase or payment of any kind and is available to every eligible account, on every day of the Promotion Period. (b) Pack purchases. Purchasing packs also earns points. The daily check-in is the alternative means of entry (AMOE) for this Promotion under Article 28.3 of the Terms of Service. Each account in the raffle pool receives exactly one entry. Every entry carries the same chance of being drawn, and points do not affect the odds.
5. 05How Winners Are DeterminedRanks are set by total points earned during the season. If two accounts hold the same points, the one that reached that total first ranks higher; if still level, the account created earlier ranks higher. Prizes for ranks #1 through #100 are awarded by final rank. Accounts finishing at #130, #230, #330, #430 and #530 each receive an additional prize. Twenty further winners are drawn at random from all ranked accounts finishing outside the top 100. An account that wins at #130, #230, #330, #430 or #530 stays in that draw. When the season closes, point totals are locked and final ranks are confirmed after a review period. The Sponsor publishes the top 100 of the final ranking. Every participant can see their own final rank in the Service, whatever that rank is. Winners of the random draw are not announced publicly.
6. 06PrizesPrizes are of two kinds. Some prizes are sealed Pokémon 30th Anniversary products (Futuristic Box, Premium Deck Set, Booster Box), issued to the winner's Deadstock account and redeemable for the physical item. Others are 30th Anniv. Free Packs credited to the winner's Deadstock account; a 30th Anniv. Free Pack is one pull of the 30th Anniv. Pack on Deadstock at no charge, drawn from the same odds and prize table as the paid pack. The table above states which prize each rank band receives. No cash alternative is available on request. Where the Sponsor cannot deliver a prize in kind, it may substitute USDC of equal value, decided and recorded before prizes are distributed. Restrictions. A prize cannot be exchanged for a different item and cannot be transferred to another account. A prize can be listed on the marketplace or redeemed for the physical item; this applies both to cards obtained from a prize pack and to sealed product prizes. The Sponsor does not make buyback offers on any prize, which is a difference from items obtained from a pack you buy.
7. 07DeliveryPrizes are issued to the winner's Deadstock account after the final ranking is published. The Sponsor notifies each winner through the contact information linked to their Account. Prizes are issued in stages, and the Sponsor does not commit to a date for any individual prize. A Digital Twin issued as a prize does not expire while the Service is available. A 30th Anniv. Free Pack must be opened within 30 days of the date it is credited to the winner's Account. Shipping and import charges. Where a prize is redeemed for a physical item, the winner pays the cost of shipping to the address they provide, together with any import duty, tax or customs charge applied by the destination country. The Sponsor does not ship to any destination it is prohibited from shipping to. Where a prize cannot be delivered because the address given is incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery is refused, the Sponsor is not required to send it again.
8. 08Disqualification and ChangesThe Sponsor may disqualify any participant who tampers with entry, breaches the Terms of Service, or acts fraudulently, and may cancel, suspend, or modify this Promotion, in accordance with Article 28.6 of the Terms of Service. The reward table for a season is not changed once the Promotion Period has begun.
9. 09PointsPoints are governed by Article 11 of the Terms of Service. They are not exchangeable for cash and hold no value outside the Service.
10. 10Liability, Privacy, Governing LawArticle 22 (Limitation of Liability), Article 29 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution), and the Privacy Policy apply.
